GAME RULES - CONTEST First Great European Survey on Home Safety

Article 1 : Organization Society

The Limited Company Indowoods SA, Gulledelle 94, 1200 Bruxelles, Belgium, registered to the Chamber of Commerce of Belgium under the number 0429.541.338, organizes a contest named "First Great European Survey on Home Safety" on the Internet Websit http://www.surveygizmo.com/s3/750598/First-European-survey-about-safety-in-the-home e  from 2011/11/20/ to 2012/01/20.

Issued by a Belgian Society, the current rules are exclusively subjected to Belgian Regulations, in respect to the European Directive on E-Commerce of june 8th 2000.

Article 2: Entrants

Participation on the survey is open to all majors and minors (for the minors,

the game is played under the responsabilty of a legal representative

who can prove parental authority), independently to the following.

Belgium, Spain (continental), Portugal, Great Britain (main island), Ireland (main island), Italy (peninsula), Germany, Austria, The Netherlands, with the exclusion of anybody who collaborated to the elaboration or have any connection with the Organization Society, as well as the relatives (spouse, parents, children, brothers, sisters and other residents of the same household).

The contest is free ,no purchase necessary.

Each participation in this contest involve the agreement without reserve to the current rules.

Article 3: Participation Terms

To play, each entrant must connect to the Onlive Survey.

To compete, the entrant must fill the survey and give his email for the delivery of the prize. Limited to one participant for each email.

Article 4 : Prizes

The prizes involved are:

One purchase voucher of 200€ for use at Bambino World

5 purchase vouchers of 40€ for use at Bambino World

50 Kits "Douceur bébé" of a value of 10.90€ TTC each.

Charges will be handled by us for the shipping to your home.

Article 5 : Picking of Winners and Prize Awardings

Draw will be made among the survey participants who have given there email, within 15 days following the end of the game participation/closing date.

57 email addresses will be drawn.

The winners will be contacted by email in order to collect their postal coordinates

and will have to respond within 1 month. After this deadline, the winners who

haven't responded will be considered as having renounced their prize and the Organization Society

will be able to dispose of it to its liking. Those who respond within the delay will receive their

prize by mail, within 30 days following the transfer of their

address.

No mail or email will be addressed to entrants who haven't won.

In no case the prizes will be exchanged for other objects or benefits

whatever the value, not even for money. If a winner does not want or cannot

take possession of his/her prize, he will not receive any compensation.

In the event where he is among the winners, the entrant authorizes Indowoods, as a favor,

to freely use his name, first name and city of residence, as part of the

online publishing of the list of the winners. The name of the winners will be published on the

webpage of the game.

Article 6 : Limits of Responsibility

Indowoods cannot be held responsible for the shipping of the prizes to an

incorrect address because of a negligence of the entrant or a shipping delay

due to strikes. The organizer cannot be held responsible

for any delay and/or loss during shipping because of postal

services or carrier, nor the total or partial destruction of the prizes during

transport. Furthermore, the organizer cannot be held responsible if

he is unable to contact the winner.

Indowoods can never be held responsible in case of

communication losses, connection difficulties or server failure

of the websites.

It has been precised that the organizer cannot be held responsible of any direct or

indirect damage steeming from the interruption, any dysfunction, the suspension or the

end of the survey, for any reason whatsoever, or of any direct or

indirect damage resulting from any connection to the websites. It is to

the participant to take all necessary means in order to protect his own

data and/or software on his computing equipment from any infringement. The

connection of any person on the websites and the game participation is made under his entire

responsibility.

Indowoods reserve the right to modify, to extend, or purely and simply cancel

the game because of any event independently of his will.

Article 7 : Agreement of Proof

Except in case of obvious mistakes, it is agreed that the informations resulting of the survey

system of the organizer has probative value in any dispute as for IT processing

of these informations related to the game. All the unexpected cases by the curent rules

will be settled by the organizer whose decision is without appeal.

Any fraud or fraud attempt to the current surveyby a entrant will result to the elimination

of the last mentioned and could lead to pursuits.

Article 8 : Nominative Informations

All the information transmitted by the entrant who fills out the survey

is solely intended to INDOWOODS, responsible for the

treatment and will remain confidential.

It is agreed that the survey entrant has the right of opposition, access,

correction and withdrawal of his personal data. To use it, the entrant

must address his request in writing to the above mentioned address.

Article 9 : Rules Availabilty

The rules can be freely sent to anyone who makes a request

by means of contact form on the websites or by mail to the

above mentioned address.

The stamp linked to the written request of a copy of the rules will be refunded by second rate on simple request.
